1.Tidak Merokok  (No smoking)
2.Tidur 7-8 jam (Sleep 7 to 8 hours)
3.Makan pagi teratur (Eat breakfast regularly)
4.Tidak Ngemil (No eating between meals)
5.Menjaga berat badan (Maintain proper weight)
6.Olahraga teratur (Exercise regularly)
7.Sedikit atau tidak minum alkohol (Moderate or no use of alcohol)
